Subject: Progress Report on Strategic Representation Agreement

Following the signing of the representation agreement between our organizations, I am pleased to provide an overview of the initiatives and achievements completed as part of our collaboration. These efforts reflect our commitment to advancing the goals outlined in the agreement and establishing a strong foundation for our partnership. 

1- Development of Official WebsiteWe have successfully developed a dedicated website for Today is AI (www.todayisai.com), including a direct link to NVIDIA’s official page, ensuring seamless access to relevant resources. 

2- Creation of Official Letterhead

A company letterhead has been designed, incorporating the branding of G4, MEGABYTE, and NVIDIA as references. This ensures professional representation in all official communications. (A sample of the letterhead is attached for your reference.) 

3- Strategic Alliance Presentation

We have developed a comprehensive presentation that highlights the strategic alliance between Today is AI, G4, MEGABYTE, and NVIDIA. This presentation underscores the innovative and collaborative efforts driving our partnership. 

Project Introduction Letters,

We have prepared and dispatched project introduction letters to key stakeholders across various sectors:Banking Sector: Letters were sent to all major banks in Mexico to introduce our project and outline its potential benefits. 

1- PEMEX: As the government-owned petroleum company, PEMEX received a customized introduction to our initiative. 

2- Secretaría de Marina: Communication was extended to the Mexican Navy to explore potential synergies. 

3- Launch of Facebook Page

A Facebook page for Today is AI has been launched to enhance our digital presence and engage directly with our audience. 

4- Paid Facebook Advertisements

We have invested in targeted Facebook advertisements promoting our AI services and implementation solutions, driving awareness and generating leads. 

5- TikTok Advertising Campaigns

Innovative TikTok advertisements were created to expand our outreach, leveraging the platform’s popularity to connect with a broader audience. 

6- Recognition from NVIDIA Latin America 

We are proud to announce that Today is AI has been recognized by NVIDIA Latin America as a leading promoter of their solutions. This acknowledgment reinforces the credibility and impact of our efforts.

Over the past few weeks, Mexico has celebrated the Christmas season, a period of rest and reflection for a predominantly Catholic population. As of today, January 15th, I am pleased to inform you that we formally resume activities.

Looking ahead, our plan for the next stage of our collaboration includes the following key initiatives: 

Engaging with the President of MexicoWe aim to establish contact with the President of Mexico to present our project. 

Your active participation will be essential, and we will define your role based on upcoming discussions and agreements. 

 Connecting with State Secretariats

We plan to reach out to the various Secretariats of State to introduce our solutions and explore opportunities for collaboration.These steps are critical to advancing our goals and establishing a strong foundation for the success of our initiatives. We will ensure to keep you updated on progress and next steps as the conversations evolve.

To date, all development and ideas have been based on our understanding, and we believe we are on the right track. However, we would greatly appreciate it if you could share additional resources such as marketing materials, brochures, relevant information, tips, guides, and any other tools that could support our efforts. This input would be invaluable in refining our approach and ensuring alignment with your expectations.
